Fresko Domaine Hatzimichalis 2007

The Greek Nouveau, Fresko Domaine Hatzimichalis, comes from the region of Atalanti, home of Domaine Hatzimichalis which covers a privately owned area of 450 acres. Here, over the last 30 years, an age-old viticultural tradition is revived and combined with constant new quests. Always with respect to nature, we select the vines to be cultivated in the most suitable terroirs which will promote their richest character and thus produce the familiar wines of Domaine Hatzimichalis.

The grapes destined for our Fresko retain their full freshness by arriving promptly at the Estate’s winery which is located amidst the vineyards. The use of a special vinification technique, maceration carbonique, results in a young, easy-to-drink dry red wine with a full, fruity character.
